The drama centers on the female protagonist Harper. She spent a huge sum of money and waited an entire year to customize her exclusive nightmare companion Julian, yet Julian always resisted her touch and treated her with cold indifference. Harper later discovers that Julian fell in love at first sight with her stepsister Chloe, who helped unbox him, which is why he kept his distance from her in every way.
