Gideon binds to the Survivalist System, gaining treasures by surviving. He saves an injured white fox, a Beastborne, and protects it. The Aetheria Sword Sect orders all Beastborne killed. Gideon is accused of treason and hunted by the sect for protecting the fox. He discovers the fox is Beast Emperor Eira. Eira forms a Soul Symbiosis Pact with Gideon. They resolve the sect's pursuit and their peoples' crisis.
