A buttoned-up Yale scientist goes to the Amazon to study monkeys… and accidentally falls for a half-naked jungle man raised by them. Chaos ensues: he rips her skirt, tries to court her with bugs, and wins over her horrified parents by… hugging them into near-death. Somehow, against all logic, he learns to read, write, and be the most devoted partner imaginable. They get married, start a wildly unconventional jungle family, and prove that love beats etiquette, class, and basic sanity.
