Assuming the identity of a "God," he distributes supplies to settlements in the wasteland, sparking fierce competition among various factions while secretly investigating treatments for cancer. As his influence expands, he navigates between the Nobles of the wasteland, the leaders of Fortress 17, and his enemies in the real world. Ultimately, he activates "Project Spark" in an attempt to rebuild human civilization, completing his transformation from an avenger to a savior.
