Evan, a modern student, falls through a spatial rift into a beast-kin wilderness. The Lion King Kalen captures him, drawn by his pure Omega scent, and locks him in a stone fortress. Evan resists fiercely, but Kalen protects him with his own body, feeds him sacred crystals, and slowly wins his trust. Using modern physics, Evan helps rebuild the city walls. When enemy tribes invade, Evan ignites a fire trap to save the kingdom. Kalen returns, and they confess their love. Despite elders' opposition, Evan proves his worth and becomes Queen of the Plains.
