After Simon gets into a prestigious university in Bayside City, Marilyn Jennings decides to find a house for her son to live in near the school, remembering a property she owns in Crestview Estates. Just as she and her son finish touring the house, Jessica Morgan appears in the room with a key. A dispute over the house ensues, during which Marilyn discovers that her husband has been cheating on her and has given this very property to his mistress.
