Tsunami engulfs Bayside City. Joel Shaw's jade awakens Hydrokinesis. Mutated creatures and sea demons trap survivors. Joel pilots a boat to find his sister, Nia Shaw. With water blades and Aqua-Healing, he repels creatures, eliminates thugs, and gathers supplies. Mutation source is beneath a lone island. An Ancient Sea Demon triggers crisis. He slays the beast, but sea region collapses. He must take his sister and escape to high ground.
