After the apocalypse, he repels zombie hordes, rescues soldier Frank Carter to form a team, and develops an Enhancement Serum. He collaborates with the military to destroy a zombie Crystal Core warehouse and an Intelligent Zombie nest, developing the bunker into an underground city. He discovers the apocalypse is a man-made conspiracy and there is a traitor in his midst.
