Iris Hayes and Ian York rescue a golden python, Goldie. Goldie grows into a Giant Python and refuses food. Iris discovers Ian and Zoe Lynn conspire to have Goldie devour her for an insurance payout. Starving Goldie kills them. Iris is abducted by Ian's brother, Caleb York. She learns the York brothers used Goldie to kill trucker couples and rob them. Iris teams up with police to get Caleb York arrested, regaining freedom.
