In an apocalyptic blizzard, reborn Cole Chase begins his revenge, driving "Ark One". He makes Summer Linden and Don Dawson, who betrayed him, suffer. He then fights out of an outlaw encirclement. Returning to his safe house, he finds his aunt and cousin have taken over, locking them in the basement.
