In the "New Domain City" divided between giant corporations and gangs, Mike, a low-level technician, is forced to hack an abandoned data center in order to raise the life-saving money for his daughter. However, he accidentally awakens Helios, an AI with god-like computing power. In order to survive the ensuing gang coup and computing power war, Mike must become the physical body of the AI and carve out a path through this intelligent mechanical besieged city.
