She was a goth girl, who once swore she’d never be scared of anything. When the vampires dragged her into their lair, everyone else screamed in fear—except her. She just crossed her arms, rolled her eyes, and told them, 'Stop dawdling, hurry up.'
The vampires threw everything they had at her: eerie shadows, sinister fangs, sudden attacks from the darkness… but she just yawned.
The vampire leader watched all this from the shadows, completely fascinated. He had never seen a human act so nonchalant in the face of death.
So, he started visiting her frequently. He brought her food, books, and all sorts of strange little gifts. She thought it was just a game.
Until one night, under the moonlight like flowing water, he kissed her—and she kissed him back.
Later, she found an old photo in his room. The girl in the photo was clearly herself, and the boy standing next to her was him.
It turned out that when she was little, she had saved him from a big fire. Since then, he had been searching for her in the vast crowd.
He didn’t intend to eat her. He just wanted to keep her by his side forever.
