After Mia Lynn finishes her college entrance exams, her parents plan a trip and hire Bertha Harper as a caregiver for Lynn's paralyzed grandmother. One night, Moss, with his mother's assistance, attempts to assault Lynn while she sleeps. Lynn fights back and cries for help. Through her wits and courage, Lynn and her grandmother manage to overcome the dangerous situation. Eventually, Bertha Harper and her son have a change of heart, sincerely apologizing to Mia Lynn for their actions.
