Liam Rowe, who had long been involved in an ambiguous relationship with his mistress Nina Shaw, repeatedly betrayed his wife. After using Jane Lee's influence to get the position of director of the Cardiac Surgery Department, Liam grew increasingly unhinged. In an accident, Nina–his secret lover–died in a villa bed. Strangely enough, Nina's boyfriend suddenly arrived afterward, hiding the body in a suitcase, Liam began to deceive him.
