I was once Luna, the most respected of the Starflame Tribe, and a rare heir to the white wolf clan. Five years ago, I used white wolf blood to save my mate Caden, only to be imprisoned for fifteen nights by a wandering werewolf in the Broken Bridge's lair. When I returned alive, the entire tribe declared me impure, insane, and unworthy to stand beside an Alpha. Only Caden held me, promising to protect me for life. But later, he left the low-ranking Omega Selena in the tribe, believing her lie that she had sacrificed her voice to save his life. He accused me of jealousy, locked me in solitary confinement, and even personally ordered someone to force-feed me a drug mixed with wolfsbane juice, killing our cub. Finally, when the Gray Ridge cliffs collapsed, he carried Selena to safety, leaving me to fall alone into the abyss. He didn't know that I had already hidden the last dose of the fake death potion.
