Keith Watson is a cadet at the police academy and a promoter of anti-fraud precautions. He was injured during a mission and went to see a doctor. And he ran into his cousin, Stella Griffin, in the hospital. Stella was in a hurry to pay for her dad's medical fees. A fraud called her, claiming she was involved in a crime and asking her to transfer all her money to another account. Keith realized something was wrong and urged Stella not to do anything.
