Mocked by Major, Leo uses workplace experience to pass challenges. He resolves infighting, controls a stampede, thwarts Nightshadow's attack. He and Major go from rivals to partners. He passes the final assessment, becoming a certified sheepdog. Letting go of past anxieties, he protects the prairie.
