Always picking her, so why cry when I leave?

Seraphina was involved in a car accident due to a plot by her stepsister Lilith, but her husband Galen sided with Lilith and humiliated her in every way possible. Heartbroken, Seraphina contacted business tycoon Cassian and, while Galen was off guard, had him sign the divorce agreement. Lilith then set another trap to push Seraphina off a cliff, but she was rescued by Cassian. Galen discovers Lilith’s scheme but bides his time for the sake of their “child.” Only after the child is born and he realizes it is not his biological child does he settle the score with Lilith and frantically search for Seraphina. Ultimately, he causes a disturbance at Seraphina and Cassian’s wedding. After failing to kidnap Seraphina, he is sent to prison, where he eventually takes his own life, while Seraphina and Cassian set off on their honeymoon.
