On the irradiated Mojave wasteland after nuclear winter, uncontaminated water and clean serum are the only hard currencies that decide life or death. At the edge of the wasteland lies the 'Redstone Settlement,' where a timid girl, long abused by her cruel foster father and foolish younger brother, suddenly awakens—her body has been possessed by Erin, the former federal Heavy Armor Commander who died in the base rebellion. Using military killing techniques deeply ingrained in her soul, Erin immediately turns on her tyrannical relatives, taking control of the starving scavenger squad with iron-fisted methods. To trade for the settlement’s urgently needed filter chips, she ventures alone into missile silo ruins filled with radioactive dust, hunts mutated beasts, and terrifies the gang bosses on the 'Railtown' black market with absolute violence. The settlement’s newfound wealth attracts a combined siege from greedy relatives and wasteland bandits and falls victim to a poisoning setup by a rival female scavenger leader. Meanwhile, deep in the ruins, Erin saves Silas, the former federal chief gunsmith, who is dying from radiation-induced lung disease. When external constables forcibly try to take Silas back to the city, Erin publicly buys his freedom with entire crates of pure water, declaring absolute control over him.
