Thomas, a young farmer on the verge of bankruptcy, turns to the ancient "fairy" in the dark forest as a last resort, praying for a bountiful harvest at the cost of half his yield. Overnight, his farm produces towering crops that amaze the town and resolve his financial crisis. However, Thomas soon discovers that these bizarre crops feed on blood.
