In the Ice Age Apocalypse, Nora Langdon was betrayed by her bestie, Sylvia Lynn, and her boyfriend, Zane Shaw. After freezing to death in the icy wasteland, she is unexpectedly reborn three months before the apocalypse begins. Armed with memories of her past life, she convinces her father with precise predictions, liquidating their family fortune to build the Hillside Fortress. She frantically stockpiles supplies, reinforces defenses, and schemes to make her enemies squander their assets and suffer the consequences. When the apocalypse arrives, temperatures plummet and order collapses. Her enemies come begging for survival, only to be cruelly punished by Nora, eventually turning on each other and becoming frozen statues. Nora defends her fortress. Her heart, once set on revenge, gradually softens. She begins to help kind survivors, establishing a cooperative order and leading them through extreme cold, floods, and plagues. Ultimately, she rebuilds a home in the post-apocalyptic world, completing her transformation from vengeance to redemption.
