Faith Scott has been forced to feign muteness for years. A kidnapping incident leads her to believe that Drew Todd does not want the child she carries. In a desperate attempt to protect her unborn baby, Faith assumes the identity of the kidnapper and engages in a tense, back-and-forth confrontation with Drew over the phone.
