At the monster hunter school S.C.C.A.M. High, student Zeb dreams of becoming a true magician, idolizing the legendary Professor Hannigan alongside his friend Andi. Bullied by the school tyrant Palmer, the three end up in detention after a conflict, only to encounter a mass escape of all imprisoned monsters. Professor Hannigan and another student are captured. Forced to team up with Palmer, who possesses no magic, Zeb and Andi must fight their way through the hellish school to rescue their companions and confront their deepest fears.
