Old Mrs. Webb is pushed off a cliff by her unfilial son, Greg Webb, but is fortunately saved by a Golden Eagle she had rescued years ago. Greedy for treasure, Greg Webb and his wife repeatedly try to harm her, but the Golden Eagle miraculously reveals their crimes, and the two are legally sentenced to banishment. After enduring hardships, Greg Webb repents. He returns home to be filial to his mother, and mother and son finally reconcile and reunite.
