Instead, Cade kneels before her, swearing loyalty, burying her in wealth and his wolf army.
Rhaegar can't accept losing the Dragon's Daughter. He sets a deadly trap and mortally wounds Cade. As flames consume them, Leia holds the egg—and in the inferno, it cracks. A dragon hatches.
