Felicity Carter's proposal is stolen by her unscrupulous boss. She binds with The Grind Backlash System: more employees work overtime, more bad luck the boss will have. She forms a team to 'cooperate' with directives in reverse, over-fulfilling tasks to trigger backlash. She gathers evidence to bring the boss to justice. When she joins a new company, the system activates again.
